15 Minute Prior each person will have a 15 minute pre-workout time to work on preparing the muscles and body for a great workout. The

Warm-up includes dynamic warm-up to elevate the body’s systems for an intense workout.
20 minute Workout Routine is designed to burn fat, tone and shape the body, and build lean muscle along with confidence. This workout is nothing like you have ever tried before. Each workout will have progressions to meet the demands and wishes of each camper. You will be amazed!
5 Minutes of Back to Earth Time is where we begin the recovery process after an intense body shaping fat burning routine. Light cool down exercises, stretching, and self massage bring in the recovery process to enhance soft tissue and joint health.
