Yearly Speed Academy Enrollment

Developing a long-term approach to training builds solid foundations. Students in this program benefit from the advantages of learning proper technique and execution of every component of the Athletic Development System. Foundations must be properly established in order to build upon in each training phase. The superior advantages of becoming a student in the Yearly Speed Academy Program includes:

3 Month Speed Academy Enrollment

If you are not able to commit to our Yearly Speed Academy, our 3 Month Speed Academy is the next best solution to meet your athletic needs. This program is geared toward the athlete who wants to get on track for their sport and the up coming season. Reasons for enrolling in our 3 Months Speed Academy: 

  • Creating a training foundation before beginning your sport season.

  • Training during summer before return to college in the fall.

  • Learning proper exercise techniques to train on their own.

Team Training Program

A team of ten or more will have an excellent opportunity to train together. Choose six-, eight-, or twelve-week sessions. Each member will develop great cohesiveness as all members build a team training concept and help each other improve speed, strength, power, agility and conditioning. This is one of the best programs to jump start a team and put them on the road to success. Team Academy benefits include:

Individual Coaching

Private coaching is for the serious no nonsense athlete that prefers to train privately and has specific goals. Once an athletic assessment has been completed, private coaching is totally individualized and structured for the athlete’s needs. You must be self-disciplined. Time will not be wasted on laziness or an unwillingness to make a change in poor habits.
